Cancellation & Late Policy
Your time with us is reserved for you and is confirmed unless you receive an email or text cancellation confirmation. We send text and email reminders as a courtesy; however, not confirming an appointment is not the same as canceling the session. To cancel or reschedule a session without a fee during the cancellation period, please contact our studio by phone or email or cancel using our online system.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to begin the relaxation process and check-in. Early arrival gives you transition time to unwind, choose any option(s) available, and consult with your provider.
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate your stress and hesitation about an upcoming appointment. If you are not feeling well, we understand and request that you contact us by at least 8 am on the day of your session to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy may revert to our standard 24-hour policy with 30 days notice.
Massage therapy and individual sessions
Our sessions run the full-time listed (i.e., a 60-minute massage is 60 minutes long). If you are running late, please call us. At your therapist's discretion, we may need to shorten or cancel your session so as not to impact the next client's scheduled session time. If you run late, 100% of the session cost is due, even if the appointment is shortened or canceled.
Your appointment time is set aside for you. You may cancel, reschedule, or adjust an appointment length (e.g., change a 90-minute session to a 60-minute session) with at least 24 hours notice without charge. By giving 24 hours notice, you allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment at that time. When individual appointments are canceled, rescheduled, the length adjusted with less than 24 hours notice, or the person scheduled does not show up, a fee is due for the total appointment cost.
Creative Wellness reserves the right to charge any late fees, up to the total value of the reserved service, to the credit card on file, gift card, or voucher used to secure the appointment.
At Creative Wellness, our goal is your complete satisfaction with our services and products. If at any time you are unsatisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All sales of services, including but not limited to single sessions, special pricing packages, certificates, vouchers, and gift cards, are final and not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Past gift card purchases
All gift cards are transferable to another person if the Gift Card is presented to Creative Wellness at the time of service or the recipient emails Creative Wellness to transfer the gift card. There are no cash refunds for gift cards purchased.
While Creative Wellness may attempt to track gift card purchases, this is a courtesy, and we make no guarantees that we can track a gift card purchase. Therefore, please note:
Gift certificates, gift cards, and prepaid services are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
We cannot accept or verify lost gift certificates and gift cards.
All gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at the time of service, or other means of payment must be given.
All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift Cards purchased will expire based on Massachusetts state law at the time of purchase, currently seven years from the purchase date.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase (by phone or email) to arrange to return it. All items must be returned to our 1318 Beacon Street- St 16 Studio within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed unused before they can be accepted for a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the method of purchase.
Completed sessions cannot be refunded. However, if you are unhappy with your appointment services, please get in touch with us at email@example.com or by phone at 978-395-6690. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know directly.
