At Creative Wellness our goal is your complete satisfaction with our services and products. If at any time, you are unsatisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All sales of services, including but not limited to single sessions, pre-purchased plans, special pricing packages, certificates, vouchers and gift cards are final and not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Package services (e.g., Massage 5 packs) may be shared with one other designated person or transferred to another individual via email from the purchaser.
Packages are valid for one year from the purchase date, and the expiration date is on your receipt. Creative Wellness will attempt to contact you, using the email address on file, to alert you that your sessions will be expiring. Any services not used in full by the end of the one-year term will be considered expired, and no refunds provided. You may log into our scheduling system at any time to view the status of your package
Gift Cards Purchases
Gift cards or Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any dollar amount. All gift cards are transferable to another person if the Gift Card is presented to Creative Wellness at the time of service or the recipient emails Creative Wellness to transfer the gift card. There are no cash refunds for gift cards purchased.
While Creative Wellness may attempt to track gift card purchases, this is a courtesy, and we make no guarantees that we can track a gift card purchase. Therefore please note:
Gift certificates, gift cards, prepaid services are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
We cannot accept or verify lost gift certificates and gift cards.
All gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at time of service, or other means of payment must be given.
All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift Cards purchased will expire based on Massachusetts state law, at the time of purchase, currently seven years from the purchase date.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase (by phone or email) to make arrangements to return. All items must be returned to our 1318 Beacon Street- St 16 Studio, within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before they can be accepted for a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the method of purchase.
Certificates or Vouchers
Certificates or Vouchers may be transferable unless otherwise stated and expire on the date listed or one year whichever is sooner. There are no refunds on expired certificates or vouchers.
Completed sessions cannot be refunded, however, if you are unhappy with your appointment services, please contact us at email@example.com or by phone at 978-395-6690. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, we want to know so we can better serve you in the future.
