Creative Wellness Announcement
While we don’t have control over the existence of the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus) we do have control over the way we respond. In the midst of growing concerns, we wanted to take a moment to let you know about our existing precautionary measures.
Your health and safety is always our highest priority. Creative Wellness treats our studio the same as any medical provider, with policies, and procedures to sanitize and disinfect. However, during this outbreak, we are taking additional measures to our usual practices.

We have eliminated handshaking - please don’t think we are rude - but the Center for Disease Control has suggested that we avoid it if possible. Our treatment rooms are now ‘wash-up’ locations. You will be asked to wash your hands before entering any treatment room using the sink in the hallway. As always our therapists, will ‘wash-up’ before your session.

If you have any symptoms of the Flu (fever, nausea, body aches) or anyone in your household has symptoms, please call and cancel. Although we have a 24-hr cancellation policy, we understand you can’t plan for a virus/sickness and you will not be charged for canceling.

Our team will be disinfecting hard surfaces, such as sinks, doorknobs, light switches, massage tables, countertops - basically everything you will be touching - after each session.

You won’t hurt our feelings if you want our staff to put on gloves for your service. Just ask - we are more than happy to accommodate your request.

Our laundry and linen are washed by a commercial laundry service that meets strict medical standards.

In light of the most recent information, we will be postponing any group events in our studio through April 30. If you are signed up for an event, we will be in contact with you shortly with more information.
We are committed to ensuring that we adhere to all published (and updated) guidelines from the various organizations that are monitoring COVID-19 as well as other influenza strains.
