Cancellation & Late Policy
Please note, individual appointments, Yomassage, Special Events, and Workshops all have different cancellation policies.
Your time with us is reserved just for you and are confirmed unless you receive an email or text cancelation confirmation. We send text and email reminders as a courtesy; however, not confirming an appointment is not the same as canceling the session. To cancel or reschedule a session without a fee, during the cancellation period, please contact our studio.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to begin the relaxation process and/or check-in. Early arrival gives you transition time to unwind, choose any option(s) available, and consult with your provider.
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you are not feeling well, we understand and request you to please contact us by at least 8 am on the day of your session to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy may revert to our standard 24-hour policy with 30 days' notice.
Massage Therapy and Individual Sessions
Our sessions run the full time listed (i.e., a 60-minute massage is 60 minutes long). If you are running late, please call us. At your therapist's discretion, we may need to shorten or cancel your session to not impact the next client's scheduled session time. If you run late, 100% of the session cost is due, even if the appointment is shortened or canceled.
You may cancel an appointment with at least 24-hours notice without charge. We do set aside the scheduled time just for you, and by giving 24 hours notice, you allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment at that time. When individual appointments are canceled with less than 24-hours notice or the person scheduled does not show for the appointment, there is a fee due for the full appointment cost, or a session deducted from an active package.
You may cancel a scheduled Yomassage with 48-hours notice, or the full fee is due. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start for check-in. To avoid disrupting others, those arriving after the doors close will be denied entry, and refunds will not be given.
Special Events and Workshops
Many of our Special Events and Workshops are hosted by guest lecturers and/or require special purchases for attendance; therefore, our special events and workshops are non-refundable and require prepayment. To avoid disrupting others, those arriving after the doors close will be denied entry, and refunds will not be given.
Creative Wellness reserves the right to charge any late fees, up to the full value of the reserved service, to the credit card on file, package, gift card, or voucher used to secure the appointment.
